These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Sadaiv Puja, governing your access to and use of sadaivpuja.com and the Sadaiv Puja app (together, the "Platform"). By creating an account, making a booking, or using the Platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the Platform.

Sadaiv Puja is a platform that helps devotees:

• Book pujas performed by verified pandits at temples, at home, or on your behalf at a temple you choose, either in person or online/on your behalf.
• Make donations (daan) to temples, annadaan drives, gau seva, and other causes listed on the Platform.
• Consult astrologers over call, chat, or video for horoscope reading, kundli matching, and related guidance.
• Order prasad, puja samagri kits, and related devotional products for delivery.

We act as a facilitator connecting you with pandits, temples, astrologers, and causes; we do not ourselves perform pujas or provide astrological readings unless explicitly stated.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a booking on Sadaiv Puja.
• You agree to provide accurate, current information — including birth details used for sankalp or astrology — since incorrect details may affect how a puja or consultation is performed.
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials and OTPs confidential, and for all activity under your account.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify us immediately at support@sadaivpuja.com.

• Prices for pujas, consultations, and products are displayed on the Platform in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• A booking is confirmed only once payment is successfully processed through Razorpay and you receive a confirmation via SMS, WhatsApp, email, or in-app notification.
• For pujas with a fixed date (such as a specific festival or muhurat), please book at least 24 hours in advance where possible; last-minute bookings are accepted subject to pandit and temple availability.
• Sadaiv Puja reserves the right to modify prices, add new services, or discontinue a service, with changes applying to bookings made after the change takes effect.

Because pujas involve pandit time, temple slots, and ritual samagri arranged in advance, our refund policy varies by how far ahead you cancel:

• More than 48 hours before the scheduled puja — full refund to your original payment method, processed within 5–7 business days via Razorpay.
• Between 24–48 hours before — 50% refund, as pandit and samagri arrangements are typically locked in at this stage.
• Less than 24 hours before, or a no-show — non-refundable, as the pandit's time and materials have already been committed.
• Donations (daan) — non-refundable once processed, as funds are typically disbursed to the temple or cause promptly.
• Astrology consultations — full refund if cancelled before the astrologer joins the call/chat; non-refundable once the session has begun.
• Our error — if a puja could not be performed due to a pandit or temple issue on our end, you'll receive a full refund or, if you prefer, a free rescheduling.

To request a cancellation or refund, go to "My Bookings" in your account or write to support@sadaivpuja.com with your booking ID.

Pujas, rituals, and astrology consultations offered through Sadaiv Puja are rooted in traditional practice and performed in good faith by our pandit and astrologer partners. We facilitate the booking and, where applicable, arrange a video recording or photographs of the puja as proof of performance.

• Donations made through the Platform are routed to the specific temple, annadaan drive, or cause you select at the time of donation.
• Where a cause qualifies for tax benefits under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, an official receipt will be issued by the receiving temple or trust, typically within 15–30 days, to the email on your account.
• Sadaiv Puja does not charge a separate platform fee on donations unless clearly disclosed at checkout.

When using the Platform, you agree not to:

• Provide false birth, identity, or payment information.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or to our systems.
• Misuse, reproduce, or redistribute puja recordings, astrology session content, or Platform content for commercial purposes without our written consent.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse our pandits, astrologers, or support team.

All content on the Platform — including the Sadaiv Puja name and logo, text, graphics, puja descriptions, and design — is owned by or licensed to Sadaiv Puja and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute this content without our prior written permission, other than for your personal, non-commercial use of the Platform.

The Platform may link to or integrate with third-party services such as Razorpay for payments, courier partners for delivery, and social media platforms. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of these third-party services, and encourage you to review their policies separately.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sadaiv Puja and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform, including delays caused by pandits, temples, or third-party service providers beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim relating to a booking will not exceed the amount you paid for that specific booking.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.

We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you've violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or misused the Platform. You may close your account at any time by writing to support@sadaivpuja.com; any completed bookings and transaction records will be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from your use of the Platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. The updated version will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date, and continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
